Paradtrade adheres to strict recruitment guidelines because we understand how important it is to have a reliable team in the financial sector. Each of the company's employees adheres to internal standards and is guided by the norms of the regulator and the provisions of the public offer. At any time, you can contact your manager for help or clarification of the rules of the company. However, we strongly recommend that you familiarize yourself with the rules of internal security, which will be useful to you when working with a brokerage company in general.
Your manager
The specialist assigned to you will work with you on a permanent basis. The company does not have any other projects, subsidiaries and freelancers. An employee can only be changed at your initiative, or if it is impossible to provide services appropriately, your manager will notify you of the change verbally and in writing.
Commissions
The broker's main earnings are commissions (spread, additional commissions for opening deals, swap). All commissions are described in detail in the public offer and on the website. Any other commissions announced by the broker will probably not correspond to reality and will be a reason to think about the reliability of the broker. For example, a broker may announce a certain commission on profits or a tax on profits. In 100% of cases this will be fraud, since the broker is not authorized to levy taxes.
Manager’s commissions
All Paradtrade employees are paid exclusively by the company. The manager has no right to demand from the client any rewards for his work.
Commitments
Paradtrade guarantees the fulfillment of all its obligations, according to the public offer. The company is not responsible for any personal agreements outside the company.
Be vigilant, and if it seems to you that the company or the manager is not fulfilling its obligations, leave a request in the form below, in which you describe the problem and indicate the name of your manager.
